How to keep your goals in check

How's your new year going so far? Usually, at the beginning of the year, it's easy to work on our goals because of that new year's motivation. But, what do you do once that wears off?
Narrow down your top goals of the year.
Focus on the one goal that will improve your life the most or will make the other goals easier to achieve.
Before the beginning of the week, plan out your week and calendar in tasks you can do to move your goal along.
Complete your task that will move your goal along as soon as you can first thing in the morning.
At the end of the week, evaluate how you did. Did you work on your goal? How's progress going? What do I need to do next week to move it along?
Get an accountability partner and hold each other accountable daily/weekly/monthly.
Hire a coach to hold you accountable every day until you've made it a habit.
Review your goals regularly.
