Have you had Kale Chips before??? I tried it for the first time during my August 2020 challenge and I fell in love! It's such a good replacement for unhealthy chips that contains who knows what ingredients.
All you need is:
1 bunch kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
That's it! So good!
Directions:
Using a knife or kitchen shears, remove the leaves from the stems. Tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle kale with olive oil and seasoning salt.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Easy peasy!

Here are some tips and tricks:
- Make sure the kale is fully dry before you bake them.
- I like to top the kale with Nutritional Yeast along with the olive oil and seasoned salt. It gives the kale chips a cheesy flavor and it's Vegan!
- If you want to skip the step of tearing apart the kale, you can buy bags of kale already cut and torn.
- Make sure there is some space between each kale piece. You could put a little bit more than what I showed in the pictures.

Let me know if you made kale chips and how you liked it :)
