My Weekly Green Juice Routine

For 3 months now, my husband and I started a green juicing routine. On Friday or Saturday, we buy the veggies and fruit needed for our juice. Then on Sunday, we make a juice for that day and bottle up 2 jars each for Monday and Tuesday.


This routine has really helped us to get in those extra veggies we may have missed over the weekend and starts our week off healthy. Starting our week off with green juice sets us up to continue the week with healthy meals and snacks.


Here is our green juice recipe:

2 green apples

4 stalks of celery

1 cucumber

6 leaves of kale

1/2 lemon, peeled

1 (1 inch) of fresh ginger


The whole process of juicing and washing the juicer takes about 30 minutes! So easy and healthy!
